-Tire pump for on bike use (CO2 can get spendy.)
-Spare tubes - a lot. Paying retail on the road when you have them in a box at home is annoying.
-Lube
-Rags
-Water bottles
-Tire sealant
-Spare tire that works tubeless
-Derailleur hanger - one for every bike in the group. Attached to your hanger should be the appropiate speed quick link for trailside repair if need. You probably will need these at the same time. Attach them together with a bread tie.
-Chain - one for every speed in the group
-Spare chainring
-Cooking supplies/food ready to eat.
-Pour over coffee setup
