The National Ultra Endurance (NUE) Series kicks off soon and this episode gets you ready! Mark interviews NUE Director, Ryan O'Dell, about what everyone can expect in the 2015 series!

 

Ryan breaks some big news on this episode about a chance for racers to win a trip to the Rincon Challenge 100 in Costa Rica and some news about La Ruta! He also shares the names of the big guns who are planning to show up at True Grit and other races. Ryan also shares his thoughts about doping controls. This is a great episode to get behind the scenes about the series and get pumped up for 2015!

Mark kicks off the 2015 endurance racing season with an interview with one of the best mountain bikers of all time, Jeremiah Bishop. Jeremiah has recently changed teams and he is looking forward to a different focus this season. In the past, he has raced everything from World Cup XC to stages races all around the world. This year he is headed back to experience some overseas team events and then will be changing it up with races like the Whiskey Off Road. Listen in to find out what Jeremiah has in store for the start of this new phase in his career.

Christoph Sauser is a true legend of the mountain bike world. As a multiple time XC World Champion, Marathon World Champion, Olympic Bronze Medalist, and World Cup winner who has many other championships, Christoph has proven himself over a variety of disciplines over a long period of time. In 2014, he won the Sea Otter Classic and the Whiskey Off Road, which are two of the highest profile races in the United States. Christoph also finished 2nd at the Leadville 100 in 2014 for the second year in a row. Mark and Christoph discuss many topics including his history in the sport, racing, training, and more.
