Mark brings a new, special episode to The Last Aid Station. He interviews one of the top endurance mountain bikers in the country, Carla Williams. Carla Williams is the current Women's Marathon National Ultra Endurance Series Leader. With wins in 2016 at the Cohutta 100, Tatanka Epic, and the Wilderness 101, and a third place finish at this weekend's Pierre's Hole, Carla's season is playing out nicely.
Mark chats with Carla about her season, working and racing, women in endurance sports, and much more. It's a great listen with some good thoughts from the women's NUE leader.
